SHIPPING + RETURNS
SHIPPING DOMESTIC
All orders will be shipped via USPS Standard Shipping and will arrive within 5-7 business days. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once the order has shipped. We are not responsible for any lost packages once received by USPS.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
We gladly ship internationally! The customer is responsible for any customs, duties or other fees required in their respective area. The shipping time and cost may vary due to location.
RETURNS
Our biggest goal is for you to be happy with your Bryant Park item(s)! We allow you to return your item(s) within 14 days of your purchase date for store credit. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit.
Your item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags attached. To complete your return, please email hello@shopbryantpark.com with your order # and reasoning for the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and issue the store credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
VINTAGE + SECONDHAND ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If you have questions prior to purchasing, please email hello@shopbryantpark.com. We are always here to help!
